Strategic Alliance Partnership Program for Realtors and Brokers
Q — What is this program?
Our new Strategic Alliance Partnership Program provides Realtors and Brokers an opportunity to assist their clients with legal counsel at a reduced cost to the client.
For those clients who are underwater with respect to their mortgage, this alliance will give the Realtor or Broker access to an additional resource for their client(s). Clients will be able to gain extensive knowledge, insight and understanding of their options, the legal and financial ramifications of each option and determine the best option for them based on their personal situation.
For those clients intending to purchase a short sale or bank owned property, this alliance will enable the Realtor or Broker access to a resource for their client(s) to gain extensive knowledge, insight and understanding of their client's legal and financial commitments as set forth in the documentation.
Furthermore, in today's residential real estate market, many realtors are overwhelmed with the Short Sale, Foreclosure and Bank Owned procedures, implications and requirements. By attempting to "counsel" their clients independently of seeking the counsel of an attorney, they are not only increasing their clients' possible exposure to risks and liabilities, but are drastically increasing their own exposure to extensive risk and liability.
Q — How did it come about?
As an experienced A/V rated Real Estate Law Firm, the attorneys at Nagle Law Group have the knowledge, insight and ability to help realtors and their clients in today's residential real estate market. With the drastic downturn in the Arizona property market over the past few years, Nagle Law Group began identifying a need in the market place for residential real estate counsel. The residential real estate market quickly became unknown territory for most real estate agents. Their job, their responsibility and their experience were suddenly challenged with the revolution of this "new" industry where half of the existing home owners are upside down with respect to their mortgage and over sixty percent of the purchase inventory is for sale via Short Sale or Bank Owned. The risk and liability to the realtor's client and to themselves is far greater than in previous times. Nagle Law Group identified an opportunity to assist the homeowner, home purchaser and the realtor by providing an additional layer of protection to the transaction. Furthermore, Nagle Law Group is extremely sensitive to the current economic conditions, thereby offering their counsel at a low flat rate, payable directly by the realtor's client.
Q — What is the benefit of such a program for Realtors and Brokers?
The benefits to any realtor or broker to join Nagle Law Group's
"Strategic Alliance Partnership Program" are:
First, the realtors have access to a first-rate legal team with extensive experience in real estate transactions. Traditionally, legal counsel was not sought for residential real estate transactions in Arizona, so few attorneys have the kind of real estate experience that is evident within a firm like Nagle Law Group.
Second, for those Realtors and Brokers who become members of the "Strategic Alliance Partnership Program", Nagle Law Group will offer their clients legal fees at a discounted rate. Third, Nagle Law Group has launched an on-line Question and Answer series specifically targeted to those Realtors and Brokers with residential real estate questions. Any questions submitted by members of the "Strategic Alliance Partnership Program" will gain preferential priority and Nagle Law Group will attempt to respond to these questions first. Although this is a generic forum and can only deal with broad questions that are not specific to any one particular situation, this Q&A series will be a great resource for our Strategic Alliance Partnership Program members as well as their clients.
Finally, Nagle Law Group prides itself on being a deal maker, and not a deal breaker! They will work with you and your client to make the deal happen while ensuring that all the financial and legal risks are revealed and addressed.
