Walter Howl's focus includes the representation of clients in acquisitions and dispositions of improved and unimproved real property, title issues, leasing, and related financing transactions, including complex loan documentation. Walter Howl also practices in the area of consumer bankruptcy.

Prior to joining Nagle Law Group in 2007, Mr. Howl practiced with the law firms of Greenberg Traurig and Sacks Tierney P.A., and was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Catholic University Law School in Washington D.C.

  • Represent developers in negotiating, documenting, and modifying real estate secured and unsecured loans along with ancillary agreements for all manner of commercial real estate financing transactions.
  • Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of developers and investors for improved and unimproved real property.
  • Negotiate retail and industrial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants.
  • Represent clients in the preparation and negotiation of operating agreements and joint development agreements.
  • Represent borrowers in negotiating complex loan transactions.
