PRACTICE AREAS
Margaret Moore is a seasoned corporate manager with broad experience in legal, real estate, and administrative matters.  Prior to joining Nagle Law Group in 2004, Ms. Moore worked for the law firm of Fennemore Craig as a real estate paralegal, the Salt River Project as a Land Management Agent and Consultant, Petsmart, Inc. as Director of Real Estate Legal Services, and the Trammel Crow Company as a Real Estate Legal Coordinator.

Since 2002, Ms. Moore has held the position of committee chair with the International Right of Way Association and has held the designation of Senior Right of Way Agent.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
  • Draft and revise leases, purchase and sales agreements, amendments and easements for office, industrial, retail, and residential real estate landlords, tenants and developers.
  • Due diligence including the review of title documents, easements, restrictions and survey plans.
  • Coordinate closings and financing transactions with real estate counsel.
  • Responsible for managing and documenting Trustee Sales and Non-Judicial foreclosures.
  • Negotiate with public and private landowners, attorneys, developers, and title insurers to acquire, manage, and dispose of land rights.
  • Interface with legal counsel on litigation concerning land disputes, contract interpretation, condemnation, and quiet title actions.
