PRACTICE AREAS Stuart Pack concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties, the leasing of shopping centers, office, and other commercial properties, condominium conversion projects and real estate finance. Stuart Pack also practices in the area of consumer bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Nagle Law Group in 2006, Mr. Pack worked as a partner for Weinberger Berman & Singer, PC in New York City where he represented several Fortune 500 companies and was instrumental in the successful sale of several New York landmark buildings. He also worked as an attorney for the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
Mr. Pack's articles on real estate transactions have appeared in various legal publications including The New York Law Journal, Westchester County Business Journal, and Impact Magazine. Mr. Pack has been awarded an AV® Peer Review Rating by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given to attorneys and recognizes him as having attained the hightes level of skill and integrity in his profession. REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS - Represents developers of community shopping centers, neighborhood shopping centers, and mixed-use projects in a variety of different lease transactions including build-to-suit leases, reverse build-to-suit leases, pad leases, major tenant leases, and shop leases.
- Represents both developers and retailers in ground leasing transactions.
- Extensive experience in the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, development agreements and other ancillary agreements with respect to development, acquisition, and disposition of shopping centers.
